Our office has been proudly serving our patients since Dr. Karl O. Pierce opened the practice in 1979.
The goal of our office has been to provide the highest quality care in a friendly, comfortable setting. We welcome the opportunity and privilege to be of service to you and your family.
Our office offers a wide range of services and also works closely with other professionals in the dental community. All members of our staff are willing to assist you in achieving optimal oral health.
The practice was opened by Dr. Karl O. Pierce. Dr. Karl Pierce is a West Virginia University School of Dentistry graduate, served in the United States Military, and is a member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society.
Dr. Hunter Pierce joined the practice in 2007. Dr. Hunter is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine and completed residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Hunter is a member of the ADA, NCDS, Academy of General Dentistry, Spear Study Club and lectures at Cape Fear Community College.

FINANCIAL POLICY
Insurance is filed for patients with dental insurance as a couresy to our patients, we will file only primary insurance however we are not a preferred provider, therefore, you are responsible for any portion left unpaid by your insurance. Payment in full is expected in a timely manner.
Care Credit finance program is available.
OFFICE POLICY
The patient is responsible for giving the correct insurance information and is solely responsible for their account.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
24-hour notice is appreciated if you are unable to keep your appointment time. Payment is required in full or insurance co-pay at the time of service.
INSURANCES ACCEPTED
All insurances are accepted and will be filed for you.
We are currently an in-network provider for Delta Dental.
